Payment for your Copper Craft Gift:
At this time, Copper Craft of Wellfleet accepts payment only via checks. We require a 50% down payment with the balance due at time of shipment. We will call or email with the expected ship date.
If we have to ship your product, we will add 11% to the price for shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs. Any applicable sales tax will be added to balance due and will be processed at the time of shipment. Shipments to Massachusetts residents include a 6.25% sales tax.
All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground.
Returns: Please call us at 508.349.0510 within 24 hours of receipt for any external or internal damage, at which time we will issue a UPS call tag to pick-up and return merchandise to us at our expense. Copper Craft of Wellfleet will handcraft a new product to ship to you as soon as we receive the damaged piece.
Packing materials are biodegradeable and recyclable.
